Shuttle buses to and from East Coast condos into the city

Can anyone tell me about the shuttle bus service that one can use to go into city for work? We are looking at living on Tanjong Rhu Road in East Coast and need to go to Capitol Tower in the city. How much is it, where can you get the bus from and what time does it leave?
