Q & M Dental Clinics (around 23 across the island). I've used them for extraction, cleaning & polishing and partial dentures. No complaints and reasonable.

If i were you i would not have any fillings done, although i may not be 100% correct but it's best to leave your body to manage it themselves than rather to have foreign bodies placed into your mouth.
My uncle, 51, started to have fillings when he was 21 and decided that he wants to have his teeth fixed so that they will look "nicer" but lost all his teeth after his 41st birthday. He now only have the front tooth left (those that doesn't have fillings at all).
My advice is do not trust any dentist easily, find one you're comfortable with and do some research before jumping in to do anything.

With a whole page on that site listing all their locations throughout the island? You have a bigger problem than just your teeth. There is a much larger cavity that apparently could use some filling as well.

What about going to Johor Bahru by bus and seeing a dentist?
It might cost less than seeing a dentist in Singapore.

Can recommend an expat dentist (Adelaide grad I think) eastside at local rates - Burlinson Dental Surgery. Gentle and explains things well, uses that gel to numb up the gum before treatment, hardly felt a thing.
had some major work done at decent price, i rang a few places and seems pretty cheap compared to others on teh eastside, especially the scale and clean.
Stuff paying more for the same thing in Orchard road, I guess the rent is cheaper on the eastside.
feel free to pm me or leave your email or check my email on profile, i hate paying extortionist prices back in Oz.

Been back to my family dentist back in Australia for a checkup when visiting family.
He was not too upset that I had work overseas and actually complimented the high standard of the work done. He said he had seen some shockers coming out of Bali and Eastern Europe.
He was actually surprised that I had my tooth fixed as the original metal post broke and he could not get it out.
The dentist at Burlinson Dental Surgery used some type of shaking machine to dislodge it and then put a new post and crown.
I asked for bleaching before having the crown made. Good value compared to Australia.
