seems like u have substernum chest pain for 6/12, mild pain on exertion and upon waking up.
how can u be sure the pain is from the bone, and not from nerves within the heart or elsewhere? pain may also be referred from your back.
please describe in further detail;
a) pain description
how serious? on 1-10 scale?
location of pain
onset of pain ( when does it start?)
type of pain ( sharp? pulling? )
aggravating factors - exertion?
radiating - does the pain spread elsewhere?
precipitating factors - does it get better with rest or when you are less stressed?
b) any med history, htn, diabetes, hyperlipid, etc?
c) what were you doing 6 months ago ( when you were ok ) that is probably different from what you are doing now?
d) any other symptoms exhibited together like SOB,syncope, palpitation, giddiness
you could have angina pectoris. probably can do treadmill test, and 24-hour 12-lead ecg
once any cardiac problem is ruled out, probably a visit to orthopaedic department would be in hand.
again in case you have chest pain a/w Shortness of breath, palpitations, unstable vital signs, and feel unwell, diaphoretic, or just some of symptoms listed above, you MUST go to A&E dept straightaway. many pt come in with CP and end up dead.

i feel pain nat only after wakeup, everytime i feel that, but i fee heavy after wakeup. if i relax my body or bend my body at that time littlebit sound will come on my chest bones(strnum).
this pain not spreading.during heavy breath and heavy stress at that time also have pain, thats all.
before 6 months i went gym.at that time i lift more than 80kg bar, weight, thumbles etc...

It could be a spontaneous pneumothorax as well =X My bro was carrying his pain for like a month? And he thought it was muscle pain from his exercise / gym thing until the whole lung collapsed.
For some reason the docs missed out on it and they told him too it was muscle pain.
And what Boii said go get it checked out.

It appears to be highly motion related?
Any other symptoms besides chest pain?
Any medical history?
Do you smoke? We could be talking about COPD,asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, lung cancer, esp. if this is a/w other URT symptomms
Yeah, forgot to include the possibility of pulmonary problems / cardiopulmonary problems.
Since we are unable to provide you with a clinical examination, let alone a pulmonary function test, ECG, CXR, or other histology, please visit a specialist to get it checked out.
As again, if you have chest pain together with shortness of breath, etc, please go A&E immediately.

The best you can do now is to try to find a good doctor, and start to track back what could have been the possibily factors that have contributed to your problem.
Your body is definitely in trama and is giving you a signal for it. Please act now before anything bad happens.

they said there is no problem.everything is fine, but still i have pain.
i'm 24 years old male. I've had a mild pain in the middle chest bone for about 3 months. Sometimes i would hear a cracking sound when i move. The pain only occurs when i twist my body to a certain position. Im not a heavy smoker,
i took full heart checkup with ECG,ECHO,THREAD MILL TEST,CT SCAN,ULTRASONIC TEST,AND some others also...
these test taken at india appollo hospital.results are ok.no issues
still i have pain, during wakeup, bend my body, breathing ,pushing ,pulling..
this pain i had since one year.
