There are loads of places but it depends what you like doing etc. I work through the week but invariably I catch up with and meet people in Boat, Clarke and Robertson Quay after work. I have been to a few functions and networking events via work and met some people. The australia day ball was a good one (and there is another coming up soon). Weekends there are loads of activities dependent on what you like. I do photography and arty stuff and have met people through that. Also, this is a good place to start meeting people.

speaking of clark quay, i just went there last saturday night and what are all those people doing sitting on the bridge area? theyre just there sitting lol
