Heard of - Weecare; Chiltren place and Early interention cnt

My son has a speech delays and has had an IEP here in the US. He was a part of early intervention program support. We are looking to send him to a day care for a few hours every day that has a class room sensitive to these issues and also supplant it with private speech. Has any one heard anything (Good, negative, neutral) about:
1. Chiltren place
2. Wee Care
3. Early intervention center (this is new I believe)
