Singapore Expats

On my last biz trip to Singapore I was visting a couple of condos. New one and elder one, started in Bukit Timah and then came back to Holland vill. There I was in the Summerville park, really nice.
Does anybody have any idea about the area? The area inside is just nice; bis space, so I will try to get sth there.

My friend lives there and there is ALOT of building works going on as people are refurbing old condos. So please veiw at diffirent times of the day to make sure your condo wont't have so much noise. Also try finding out if any is in the pipeline.
