Any expat leaving Singapore for Shanghai?

I am a Singaporean who has moved to Shanghai since 4 years ago. Anyone has similar experiences or intend to move to Shanghai? Would be happy to share some stories or opinions.

I am a indonesian chinese currently working in Sigapore..
I am working as a network consultant for one of Toyota motors child compay. The company name is TT Network Integration Asia Pte Ltd..
I really look forward to working in overseas for at least a year.. Reason being.. I would like to know the outside world, what I have miss out and what i fail to appreciate in Singapore..
anyway, I have plans to go Shanghai and beijing in March next year.. I was actually planning to go there this year to visit my native friend sthere but i my boss has an asignment in me at Taipei.. So it was postponed...

like to see what is a usual expat package like....
i have plans to relocate to shang hai and was wondering what kinda expat package should i be expected so that i will not be short changed.
