You can call the National Skin Centre and ask the operator to recommend an derm.

I go to Dr. Ang Por of Dermatology Associates at Paragon. She did a very thorough check.

My mum brought me to a gp tp remove my moleon my left cheek when iwas about 16 years old a day after my birthday! I remembered paying only $40 back then. All the doc did was to use a sterilised needle to kinda of like scrap off my mole!

It's quite expensive at the skin specialist, you need to see your doctor first, and they will send you if need be. Because they have to do a biopsy too if there is a slight chance of cancer. Though a mole is quite easy to detect if cancerous, it grows in size and will be raised above the skin with a crusty appearance. Do some research and save your money, have a blood test done in stead!

I can think of 2 good dermatologists off my head:
(1) Dr Donald Ng
Alaxis Aesthetics

(2) Dr Christine Cheng
Simply Aesthetic
