does it count if you use 2 credit cards for 2 payments?

Actually, NTUC gave up trying to figure out how to get 'em to count. That why their express lanes are so slow. They say "single" basket purchases and you would be surprised how much you can get into a single basket. Before it was 10 or 14 items but some thought that it was 10 "types" of items so therefore if they had 3,4 or 20 of a single item along with everything else those 20 items were a single "type" of item so therefore should only count as 1.
