Trying to conceive and exercise in Singapore

I'm relatively new to Singapore. I love to run outside (first thing in the morning) and though I've been doing this three times a week for a few months (since December) I do find it tough sometimes with the humidity. Thing is, I'm wondering if exercise in this heat is harmful if I'm ttc...May sound daft but I already have a healthy 5 yo, miscarried 2 years ago and am approaching 40... Thanks for any advice you can offer.

do you want to consider swimming instead during your pregnancy? I swam regularly up till my 38th week !!

If you run first thing in the morning, it is not that hot yet. Moreover, once you will know you are pregnant, you will most likely have to slow down or switch to a lighter workout. I have been exercising up till my positive pregnancy test. Later, I have consulted two doctors and one said complete nono for the first trimester, second said 50% norm, no panting, no shortness of breath and it should be ok. I have listened to the second one, I am working out gently, nothing really that intense as I was doing before my pregnancy. So far so good :)
