Any ideas on how to locate an old friend of mine from here?

He's an old college friend of mine from Washington State University but the usual google + facebook techniques have failed. It also doesn't help that he's probably one of many people here who go by the name of Michael Goh.
Any ideas?

Have you tried other business networking sites such as linkedin.com, spoke.com?
Chances are if he's a working professional, he may be listed.

A good way is to get in touch with WSU 's alumni association, if he is a Singaporean with an American education there is a high chance that he is in the US

You could be a stalker. How do we know that HE would want you to find him?!

Find out what his Chinese name is. That may help narrow down the search.
