Hi, everyone, can anyone tell me which salon in Singapore is nice?

i'm looking for a salon to have my hair cut and i wanna color my hair.
where can i go for a nicer one but not so expensive?

My fren recommend a salon call Purecolor Studio some where near Tanjong Pagar mrt. she told me tat it is nice!!! Should i try??

you can try one of the salon's on level 3 inside Pacific Plaza, some of my mates go there....
