wondering whatis the starting salaries for therapy assistant and patient care(services) associate

hmmm i am assuming that it is largely based of qualification and experience. i do not think i am able to give you much insight though. am currently working in a local restructured hospital and when such enquiries are posted we are usually told that salaries would not be disclosed till a later stage. most of the therapy assistants and patient care associates are foreigners actually. as nice as the term "patient care associates" sounds, it is just a nicer way to say that you are unqualified to be a nurse.
