My mandarin isn't spectacular, but I can translate those for you:

Ni hao - not really 'Good Day', literally means "You're good." Shortened from "Ni hao ma?" meaning "How are you?"

Ni ji shui? - How old are you?

Wo lai zi ying guo - I come from England. Alternatively, "Wo shi ying guo ren" which means "I'm English."

And I'm using the standard Chinese phonetics, where some consonants are pronounced slightly differently from English and German. Let me know if you would like to learn more or if you need help pronouncing the words.
