Best restaurant in Bintan Resorts area

Hi!
Hubby and I are going to spend 2D1N in Bintan, leaving tomorrow. I'm looking for restaurant recommendations. It's our anniversary, and this will be our only supper on the trip, so we'd like to make it relatively nice, but not break the bank. Let's say no more than S$75pp. The type of cuisine is not as important as the taste and general restaurant experience.
