I am having a sort of insomia (sleep 4/5 hours at most) and lately having
difficult in concentrating everything (especially at my work). The doctor
said it's stress-related and gave me some sleeping pills. I end up not
sleeping at all after I took the pills. I went back to the doctor and he
gave me another type of pills which I was afraid to try again. I tried
meditation, yoga, some said excessive excercise also work but unfortunately
the more I get tired the the more I couldnt sleep. I become more and more
frustrated myself and lately I think I am suffering from a bit of
depression.

My work colleague said I should try Chinese traditional medicine and also
acupunture so anyone can recommend Chinese traditional clinic?

Recently my friend brought me to the Bedok Reservoir Area (nice place for strolls) , it's the area around blks like 742 etc.... saw an unusual number of tcm shops around the whole area. You might like to check out this place.

It's nice walking by the reservoir too!

i visited a chinese acupuncturist in Rochor Centre 2nd floor, dr Tiang
5 Banda Street #02-56, there is also one in Bukit Timah Plaza second level outside entrance to Fairprice NTUC

Try Raffles Chinese Medicine clinic inside the Raffles Hospital (near Bugis MRT).
The physicians are good and I find it quite convenient as the clinic speaks a lot of English and they have a lot of expat patients.

SG$40 per hour I recommend highly.

I have only tried it for a couple of times but didn't continue it.
