Singapore Expats

Just wondering if anyone used a pet agency or mover when they brought their dog over from North America and who they used? We are trying to get our beagle mix from Pittsburgh to Singapore and I've been told that using a pet agent is often easier and worth the cost than doing everything on your own. Did anyone use Pet Movers? What was your experience with them?

To clarify, it's much better to use the search function that's nestled between the "profile" and the "new messages" links, rather than the one with the orange button. I am moving from Shanghai to Singapore next month with my cat. I have contacted Mitchville (went to see them when we were in Singapore) and they are helping me. It is expensive and some have said that the process is not difficult to do, however for piece of mind I have contracted them to help me through it. So far, they have been very professional and always answer my questions in a timely manner. I am much more at ease knowing that we are in their hands.
