Hi,
Can I get some pointers as what will be the median equity research salary (base + bonus) in MNC bank? It is sell side role.

It will be kind if can get median salaries at all lvls as am looking from career perspective. I have financial/front office experience and in a way rejoining research function.

As a rough guide a 2nd year associate level front office salesperson takes home SGD 200k annually ex bonus.

well, you haven't told us all the details about your background and years of experience; so I can't throw out any numbers really.
However, a 2nd-year associate level taking home 200K SGD (roughly $150K) excluding bonus is a huge joke if you ask me.

I would suggest you to go to payscale.com to get the figure if you want a quality answer.

I was taking home the said number as a 2nd yr assoc. I was at the time in FO deriv sales at a large American Bank/brokerage. If you mean I was getting lowballed at the time, that's a possibility.
