Singapore Expats

Hi there,

I basically wanna expand my palate and taste different varieties of wines from the cheaper to the costlier ones. Problem is it would be damn expensive to buy bottles of wine. So i was thinking if theres any bars you people would recommend that has a wide variety and quality of wine.

Won't mind meeting up any wine experts whose willing to share a wonderful evening with me, shall need some guidance!

I saw a wine shop inside the Chevron House building (near Raffles Place MRT)on the ground floor when you go inside to your right after the escalator.. the guy has a variety of choices and you can talk to him about wines ask questions too.. my favorite are the Cabernet Souvignon :P

There are loads of places you can do wine tastings which is excellent value for money. There is one coming up next week that we are going to. PM me if you are interested and I can forward you the email.

@bonnejonne, I saw a high end wine bar at the Pan Pacific Plaza in Raffles Place you can't miss it it's on your right from the ground floor main entrance.
