Singapore Expats

Hi,

Does anyone know anywhere that I can do Body Pump classes without having to join a gym?
I have a new baby and can't get away all that much, so don't want to commit to a full on gym membership.
Any ideas? Ideally near Orchard, as I live near-by.

Befriend people who have long been members in Fitness First (Paragon branch ideally or those on passport membership). Some have the option of inviting people in for free (for a limited number of times)
