Singapore Expats

Could someone please help me out with some advice or recommendations on good advertising agencies / PR agencies in Singapore.

I know of the main players but specifically I am looking for referrals or recommendations for agencies with good experience and track records within the capital market space for new product launches and raising company awareness.

Budget is not a major issue at this stage, more importance is working with someone who will add benefit and listen to the brief.

Any thoughts and input would be greatly appreciated and I thank you all in advance.
