Have an offer to work for swedish company in Stockholm. My salary would be 140000 SGD per year, but tax rat would be 58%.Even the VAT in Sweden is 25%. What should I do??

Have you talked to an accountant or the company offering you the job about hiring you as a contractor and setting up your on company in Singapore and what the tax impact would be, if its allowable etc. When I worked in the UK I set myself up as a company and hired myself out as a contractor and paid very low tax because I was getting a tax free threshold as an individual and as a company.There might be a way to do this in Sweeden but you need very good advice from a specialist and the company has to be willing to pay you as a contractor. Also if i remember alcohol and food was extremely expensive in sweeden and housing was non existent so you might want to consider that also.

You will roughly have the same buying power as with a 70000 SGD salary in Singapore. Of course all that tax is being spent on things like schools and health care, but I don't what your benefits as a foreigner would be.

You should be looking at purchasing a property on that income discuss with a Swedish accountant to get the maximum benefit. Sweden is rated probably the highest standard of living in Europe, quality of life is excellent, services are also excellent, though it's all about life style changes.
Like when i moved to Denmark, many unhealthy products are high priced like ice cream and such rubbish goods, so you will automatically do without, and adapt to a more healthier lifestyle, which is locally defined.

You probably will not want to live anywhere else after your time there
