Make your own sandwich?

You know...just buy the ingredients from a supermarket so you're in control of what you put there.

Speaking of which, anyone knows where one can buy good pastrami?

I was just about to ask you that! The stuff in our local CS is just fatty and nasty!

Making your own pastrami ain't easy. You need a smoker to get the flavor. Corned beef is a bit easier but salting a huge slab of meat for two weeks sux when all you want is to satisfy the craving for one sandwich.

Sorry... I am an avid chef (pro school)... and would love to have the balls to open a 'corner bistro'. So I applaud those who do, and it fascinates me.
Fortunately, perhaps, I'm not a gambler* and am smart enough not to throw a million down the drain.
p.s. But I still think I can do you you the best f$cking to-order burger and fries this side of 10 euros you'll ever get.
