Dear fellow Australian expats ... has anyone come across a shop selling Pavlova cases?

I tried Marks & Spencer ... but they only sell them at Christmas time.

It's difficult to make our own ... without an oven!!

Any suggestions?

Pavlova is a dessert, pavlova casing is eggwhites and sugar blended until smooth and cooked in the oven in a very low temperature for about an hour or more until firm and stiff to hold the pavlova topping which consist of fresh fruits on a mound of smoothly beaten double cream...yummm
