Ericsson, SLF building

Hi!
Was wondering if anyone has any insight into the working environment at Ericsson in Singapore. A close friend wishes to apply for a job there and thus relocate, but we are curious about the ppl and hierarchy there as I have already experienced first hand the insanity of Sg-run companies.
