New Yorker new to Singapore

Hi,
I'm a New Yorker who recently relocated to Singapore with my husband. Currently on a DP pass and can't wait to get a life and get back to work, whether it be full-time employment, freelancing (somehow- I've heard it's tough), or starting my own company (yikes).
We're here for the long haul and I'd love to meet some new people.

Hope you like it here in Singapore, and nice to meet you. I took a look at your linkedin profile, and I would definitely love to meet you and chat. I am doing my Masters in Communication and New Media at the National University of Singapore and see that from your profile that you might be able to be give a perspective of things.
