Bar recommendation for Orchard Rd Area

Hi,
I'm new to Singapore. Taking a client out tonight, possibly near Orchard Rd. Looking for something smart casual, but not posh. Dinner + drinks recommendations would be great.

You have plenty of choices and there are some good bars over that street!

Try out Chijmes... several choices for restaurants, great food & drinks, can be smart casual or black tie...
