children have uk citizenship

Dear all
I have 2 sons aged 14 and 13, they are both born singaporeans, but I bought them out of singapore before they were 10. My english husband has since adopted them and both now have British citizenhip. If I give up my own citizenship, if the authorites asked if I have dependants, what do I say? What inpact will it have on me and my CPF???
