Does anyone know good Indian barbers for men's haircuts, preferably around the centre of the city? Not the cheap $5 kinds but reasonable ones?

Try New Star Hairdressing Salon in Upper East Coast Rd.
A cut + slave is about $13.
Even Ministers & MM Lee goes there n have their hair cut.
