Wondering if anyone sells Perry in Singapore (a boutique type of cider made from perry pairs, usually from UK)

I heard someone was selling it at a market in Dempsey.

Alternatively, looking for someone who stocks fino sherry (not the sweet stuff the vicar likes). any tips appreciated.

I saw perry the other week and I think it was in my local Cold Storage, but if you don't have any luck at CS, you can sometimes get it from Ikea's food shop and occasionally Carrefour stock some French perry.

Try booze wine shop in raffles place. Various sherries including pedro ximinez for those who like that. Sherry is not a big thing in singapore so it's hard to find decent, let alone good ones.
