Does anyone have any shampoo recommendation for dry/frizzyhair? My hair is like "hard" compared to all my friends who have soft hair.... My hair is stiff and most of them have this wirey feel.

SOME SOLUTIONS:

1. Try massaging Johnson's Baby oil into hair, leave it overnight, wash it the next morning.

2. Try Loreal's leave-on conditioner.

3. Try Loreal's Vitamino Shampoo and Conditioner, can only be found in salons.

4. Try leaving the rinse-off conditioner in your hair for a longer time before rinsing off.

I personally go for Pantene shampoo conditioner (the dark blue bottles), they are the best range I have come across so far, not too costly and effective, especially the conditioner. Perhaps you could try too since it won't burn a hole in your pocket.

Heard from my friend that there is this keratin shampoo that she tried and she said that it will help to reduce the frizz? does anyone tried that?

Never heard of Keratin before. You could try "Straight Sense" by Shisedo available at salons. It helps to maintain the straightness and smoothness of your hair.

Loreal has this range of called Keratase. Its orange in color, quite pricey...The hair mask is quite good.
Otherwise, there is this other korean brand that is orange in color as well. The name is Keratin. This brand is more affordable. Its about $14 for a bottle of 600ML. You can get it at the Heeren. I saw it there on the 3rd floor i think. Its a shop that sells haircare and facial care products. Its pretty easy to find. The shop has a very open concept.

Try Kerastase from France for real glossy locks.

They moisturise the best and are used by professionals all over the world.

So can't go wrong with this one except on price.

It is available from most professional salons, like Toni & Guy.

Don't buy from places like Chinatown or HDB shops cos they could be gray market imports, and thus expired or less effective.

The very BEST product for frizzy hair is John Frieda Frizz Ease. Really, and I've tried them all. My hairstylist said NEVER to use Pantene as it's full of silicone which sits on the hair and in the scalp and doesn't let the folicles breath as it's such thick stuff. Haven't used it since, though I have to say, it is slightly effective.
Olive oil, not Johnsons Baby Oil is kinder if you plan to leave this on overnight. But when you wash off, use only warm water. Also, make a hair masque of one mashed avacado, olive oil and one egg yolk. Leave on for about half to one hour, and wash off with baby shampoo in WARM to Cool water only.........otherwise you'll get scrambled eggs in your hair, ha ha. This one is good too.

Can you tell me where I can find the John Frieda Frizz Ease??? I;ve used it for a long time but have run out and can not fing it anywhere in Singapore.

For cirly hair I like the Redken all soft range. I always use the leave in conditioner with a little frizz ease mixed together. Since I've run out of frizz ease I am using the conditioning mask as a normal conditioner and don't rinse it all out. Seems to be doing the trick. But I have really frizzy hair and swim every day...
