New to Singapore and hoping to make friends

Hello,
I moved to Singapore 2 weeks ago with my husband who has been seconded here by his company for 3 years.
We have come here from the UK.
I hope to meet a few new people and make friends.

Newbie Brit here guess by now you have made lots of new friends and you are enjoying sg.
I will be moving from Dubai with my hubby on 10th March and am looking to make new friends, so if you know of any meet ups where i can tag along that would be good, don,t want to be a billy no mates!!
