we're moving soon to SG with a new born child. Can somebody suggest me a bilingual chinese-english good pediatrician.

Raffles children clinic Dr Tan Mein Chuen is very good. He can speak bilaungage.

I would assume any doctor with a Chinese name or family name will be able to speak mandarin ?

That would be a bad assumption.
