Singapore Expats

I have just moved over from London and have previously worked in television for the past few years.

I am looking for a media related job that doesn't necessary have to be within television - I'm looking for a new challenge if I'm honest. But it's proving to be a bit hard to find media work here, can anyone recommend any websites or companies/people that I can contact for work?

Any advice would be great, I HATE not working!

I have tried to apply there - I would really like to get into Media Corp BUT for some reason it won't accept my application!

I am in the same boat, although still living in London.

I am looking for opportunities in the media industry in Singapore and have done the usual searches on the forum but with little luck.

I was wondering if anyone had experience with salarys in this industry?

I currently earn around S$5000 per month basic with around 10-20% coms per yr as an account manager at one of the worlds top media companies. 4yrs experience in specific industry. Degree from top UK.

I appreciate the local market has a lot of strong talent and it seems that the wages might be lower. I just want to be careful when applying not to go too high.
