Mandarin Nanny

Hi,
We are interested in employing a native Mandarin nanny to teach our kids, who are 3 and 4 years old. We are German, and the kids are fully bilingual (english and german).
Can you help advise how we should go about finding the right person, either already residing in Singapore, or to find in China or elsewhere.
