It's outrageously expensive. Generally, about $6 for two litres, sometimes a little cheaper if NTUC has it on special or something. But expect to pay about that much.

It is expensive compared to wherever you come from. But then, Singapore is a tiny little island and doesn't have acres of dairy farms either, so all milk is imported from a distance.
F&N who produces Magnolia milk is the local brand, I have no idea where it comes from. Probably Malaysia? But its nasty IMO. Especially the Hi-Cal stuff.
The nicer brands comes from Aus and Japan. Or rather, the brands closest to my home country taste are from Aus and Japan...

I'd caution against the chocolate & strawberry flavoured ones - they have sugars and coloring in them. Not good for the kids they appeal to!

I'm curious. Is the op looking for fresh milk or sterilized milk, pastuerized milk or homogenized milk? These are what most of the milk here is. Real fresh (read raw) milk is almost impossible to find here.

sms is right, you dont get any fresh milk in singapore. Everything is either from malaysia or imported from AUS/NZ like greeenfields etc
Magnolia is def not good for kids with those flavours added. Greenfields is one of the best i have tried till date. I often use Amul which is imported from india, available at mustafa
