Just wonder the SINGPASS account works at oversea or not.

If you have a SingPass Account it should work.

Thanks MS.
I have some questions as below,
1) My wife is on WP, last day on her job is 15th-March-11, we will go back together on 20-March.
Her agent said her WP will be terminated on 16-March, so, can i apply SVP for her in between 17-20 of March? (She intend to come back on APR)
2) Can i apply manual with Form14A personally go down to ICA?
Will it be better?
3) On the SAVE, is it better to tick up to 30days or more than 30days period of stay?
In miscellaneous column, is it better to add in all information like ROM cert number, salary or etc to support the SVP?
Regards,
Howard

If your wife is on a WP and not an EP, she will be given a 7 day SVP upon cancellation of the WP. She cannot get another SVP until she returns to her country of origin. The SVP's given at the cancellation of a WP is only 7 days and cannot be extended or renewed. S Pass & other EP holders will get a 30 days SVP but also, cannot be extended or renewed while in Singapore.

To add on what SMS said you have to return to China then apply from overseas . Using yourself as sponsor if you are SPR or local. if you failed then go thru a travel agent in China, it should work.
Your wife should be able to get 30 days SVP. I would encourage you to return back to SG much later in April. Too Close to WP cancelation can raise many eyebrows

I just found out there are 2 manner in which SVP approved:
"Apporve with e-Vsa and without e-Visa".
My question:
1) What circumstances the application will be approved "without e-Visa"?
2) If i got the "without e-Visa" approved, i have to submit "duly completed and signed" original document to ICA. But how to? My wife will be at oversea, is her signature must be on the form?

Have you contact ICA at all ?
You got all confuse in one pot my friend.
First of all, you can do it in CHina thru a visa agent for Singapore
Or if you want to be the local contact you have to submit it via E-SAVE
then have it collected once approve at ICA
China visitors need visa upon entry to SG period.
