I'm assuming you need the number of people for reserving a table and/or barbecue pit?

I don't need the number to book, just need to know IF people will come and what kind of things they can bring.
If there is a lot of comers, I'll need to book two pits
It's just a question of logistic

From experience, 1/3 to 1/2 of the people who said they'll go actually show up.

Hi everyone!
This is exciting !
I HAVE BOOKED THE PIT !
BUT I will provide you soon the details, please be sure that everybody is bringing something, it won't be nice if people just come to help themselves without providing any sweets to the others
For the moment we have:
chips, salsa (only 1 person brings so we need more) Bottle of wine (only 2)
snacks, Salade, chips, charcoal
Veggies and meat (only one person brings so maybe we need more)
I'm bringing seafood and shrimps + plates and ustensiles
Also need things like cakes, sweet snaks
We are a minimum 20 (and more because some are inviting friends) so please be generous
Book your afternoon the bbq starts at 12.00PM
(number and area provided on request by PM, don't hesitate to ask for updates if I forget somebody)
Hope to see you soon guys!!!
