Looking for Standard Ballroom partner...

hie. im not an expat but would like to try out my luck here.
im 19/f. 160cm without heels. would like to look for a guy: around my age, taller than me who is interested and enthusiastic about doing Standard ballroom competitively. and has some form of experience
personally, i have only picked up Grade E Waltz. i hope to meet a partner who aspires to go far in dancing.
i do grade d latin so i dont mind progressing to ten dance either.
