brunch buffet....

I have been only to 2 places for brunch/lunch buffet. I guess you would like to share your brunch experiences with me?
I'd like to try more if they are worth trying.
On this website I only found this link, but it seems not complete, and I don't know if the info is still up-to-date. http://www.singaporeexpats.com/food-and ... gapore.htm
Two places I have been:
1. The Line in Shangri-la hotel, very spacious (with garden), abundant choices of cuisine, open kitchen (chefs working behind), freshly prepared seefood, cocktail and drinks (new), price $90
2. Equinox on the 70th floor in the SwissĂ´tel the Stamford, spectacular view, incl. main course (actually not brunch, but lunch buffet), price $70
I'd appreciate if you can tell where else, what is special, ambience and price level etc.
Merci bien!
(BTW, yesterday I had the best ice cream since I'm in SG for one month, Farandole de chocolat: gateau opera, truffe a l'expresso, glace au tiramisu hmmm...
The restaurant is called Picotin. I'm very surprised that French restaurant also makes great ice cream which I usually got in Ristorante Italiano.
I'd like to try more if they are worth trying.
