Does anyone here know whether it is feasible to convert an industrial
property in SG into a residence? It is not uncommon in the UK or US, though one typically has to get planning permission from the local council/city planners...I'm just wondering if anybody knows of an instance where this was done in SG?

From what I know, in Singapore, almost all industrial property is 'owned' by the govt - or so .. there have been case of residential property turned into hotel (HDB-Hotel) and warehouse to a entertainment spot (zouk?) and also somethings like that.
Industrial to residential ? not that I know of here..
