Questiion: What is the FIN number in LTSVP application?

Hi all,
I am now to apply LTSVP for my wife but, i stuck at the fin number section.
Am i need to fill in her previous work permit FIN number or just leave it blank?
Or is there a FIN number given to SVP holder? Can i get it by calling ICA?

If a person has had a FIN number, it stays with them for life, whether they come go or what ever. I worked in SG in the 90's, left, then over 10 years later applied for an LTVP, and was surprised to see they issued my card with that original FIN number on it...

Yep, JR8 is right
E pass, to P2 to S Pass back to P2, all had the same Fin # for me ..
Until I moved up to the Blue Card ..
