PR after NS

Hi, I'm 2nd Gen PR who stayed here since 13 (I'm 21 this year).
I received my enlisment letter on Monday and after discussing it with my parents, I decided to go for NS.
However, there are some questions that I would like to ask.
And is it a must to convert citizenship after going through NS or will I be able keep on staying as a PR ?
and do PR still has to go for reservist/ICT ?
and in a case where I renounce my PR after NS, can I still re-apply for it in the future ?

Not necessary , you are encourage but not force. You are still able to keep your PR after your NS
and do PR still has to go for reservist/ICT ?
Yes, 13 cycle till the age of 40 OR for senior NCOs and Officers till 50 when they do a second tour
and in a case where I renounce my PR after NS, can I still re-apply for it in the future ?
When you renounce your PR , to regain it will be under new application and even more stricter condition as you will have to apply under Family Ties or apply work here under EP before PR can be applied. That does not necessarily means you will regain it back as all application will be assessed on its own merit. However if you renounce after NS ,to look for employment here will be seen as good stead with MOM as you have contributed towards the National Security of Singapore

I believe it's still up to you to apply for citizenship and your NS will be taken into consideration, but it's no guarantee like it used to be....
I'm looking for the link that I say some time ago, but so far unsuccessful. I think that the link is also noted in one of my posts but at the moment I repainting the house!

This statement below from wiki and sgms
Second Generation Permanent Residents are required to go through compulsory full-time military service as well as reservist duties after they have completed their full-time military service and turns operationally-ready.
They will also be granted Singaporean citizenship during their full-time national service. If the person decides not to take up citizenship after his full-time national service, he is still required to serve the service requirement, i.e. reservist duties after he turns operationally-ready.[18]
Singapore Permanent Residents who served national service but did not acquire Singapore citizenship will be treated equally to those permanent residents without service obligation; they would not have access to the privileges granted to Singapore citiz

Im not sure of how tough the reservice duties requirements are but when I spoke with Sunny Goh, he said that when you are overseas (still holding Singapore passport) you just have to renew your exit permit every year as far as policy stands. Im not sure what is their tolerance regarding that. If im required to serve 3 cycles in my lifetime I'd appreciate it if they can tell us the requirement - say: one cycle every 5 years so I can plan ahead and get back. That is something Sunny cannot advise me on as he explained that he will not know the operational requirements in the future.
