Our company has been established since 5 Nov 1997 till now. We specialise in product designing, moulding and manufacturing, OEM/ODM project as well as to be of service to corporate and government clients.
Our range of products are unlimited; e.g. lifestyle, household, leather, metal, rubber, PVC, bags & pouches, watches, classic items and etc.
Due to our commitment in China to assist a group of people in product design (handicraft area) and overseas marketing to Moscow and Agentina, we are looking for people who is genuine, entrepreneuer and has the passion to continue this business.
We are currently located in Central Business District near Raffles Place, Boat Quay & Clarke Quay MRT. This is a four level shophouse building which occupies a 5,000 sq feet area. The monthly rental is very low and attractive. This building is facing the main road and the traffic is good for exposure.
We are willing to coach and train the new owner for about 1 month's duration for internal and external operations. E.g. raw materials knowledge, different product categories knowledge, how to do product designing, how to source for good and cheap products in China recommend you to our corporate clients, suppliers, factories etc.
Some of our sales track record are e.g. Coca Cola, Malaysia Diary, Epson, Motorola, Sony, Shell, GP Batteries, Chief of Defence, Ministries, etc.
We are also a registered vendor for Government's Tender for 3 categories, namely Products, Printing & Stationery & Events and Exhibitions. Also a sole agent & representatives for overseas manufacturers for some of their products
Kindly propose your takeover price for the entire company. Will also include all product samples, goods and the newly renovated premises and carpenter works, also include other assets - company van, computers, table and chairs etc.
