Hi All, I am planning to open a Japanese Cooking studio to expats. I know many people think if you want to eat sushi or other Japanese food, you have to go to a Japanese restaurant. However, it's not true and I would like to get some feed back from you. What kind of Japanese food you would like to learn? Thanks!

Nice! Good to hear that, I really want to learn how to make a yakitori, I taste it before and I found it very delicious for me. I'm looking forward for your Japanese Cooking studio. :D

If you could share with us what are the types of dishes you will be teaching, sort of like a lesson plan. I think it would help. I love Japanese food and I would get my wife to sign up for it!
