Hi, I came Singapore in January and am now 4 months pregnant. My severe morning sickness is about to be over and I am very keen to start prenatal Yoga for my health.
Does anyone know about any good Yoga studio for pregnant women?? I am living in the city and close location from my home is the best.
Thank you in advance.

It doesn't look as if she's asking about Bikram or hot yoga. Most studios that offer specifically prenatal classes are led by certified yoga instructors who know which asanas to avoid for pregnant women. Common yogic knowledge suggests inversions, backbends and twists should be avoided. A yoga routine that follows a careful, gentle program can be quite beneficial to an expectant mom. The OP can find such a class at either of the Pure Yoga locations. I believe Mother and Child at Tanglin Mall, and Complete Healthcare International (CHI) at Rochester Park also offer prenatal yoga classes.

Hi, I did my prenatal yoga with this fantastic teacher for both of my pregnancies. You can reach her through her site
www.ohmsantih.com or call her through 93362556. Her studio happened to be nearby Bugis so it will be perfect for you as Bugis is central of Sg. All the best & may you have a great pregnancy.
Thank you.

Thank you very much for replying.
I just called to Mother and Care, as suggested above, for its book. Seems it's quite busy but supposedly, it's a good sign.
Since am still having a bad morning sickness, going there regularly will be tough but gonna try.
Thank you.
