Copy songs and video into IPhone 4!!!!! Help

as the title mentioned above..... how to copy songs into iphone 4 using PC???
I know that just drag and drop into the iphone4 will do when connected to the pc....but the issue is i cannot do this anymore after i formated my pc....
so i tick the checkbox of 'manually configure musics and videos' option in iTunes, and it shows me 'erase and sync'.... then my songs will be deleted and replace by current library...and my current library is empty and my pc does not have any songs.....
does anyone know how to copy songs from my pc to iphone 4 without erase my current iphone songs ????
