EPEC Site Issue. Please advice

I applied for my EPEC online yesterday. Today, I got an email saying that I had to provide them with supporting documents. When I went to log into the system, it would not allow me. It says to enter valid info.
I have triple checked my EPEC number and my passport number. I tried entering it in different formats and even used different browsers, to get the same error.
I then found a phone number for the Singapore Counsellate in the US (I am in the US) and called, but no one answered.
Their email said that if I don't respond with the documents in 24 hours, the EPEC will be rejected. I have about 14 hours left. Please advice. I am desperate.
