consume more calories than your body can burn and you'll gain weight.
there're guides on the internet on calorie counting - you can use it to see what foods are heavy on calories.
always consult a medical professional before proceeding!

This is an easy one - get a MacDonalds breakfast everyday, drink plenty of Latte coffee, eat pizza for lunch, eat KFC for dinner and gorge yourself on donuts and ice cream before bedtime.
You'll be looking like Arnie in no time...

you can actually try eating mass gainers. One tasty one would be Vanilla Flavor, ,Cytogainer by Cytosport. You can get it at any GNC outlet in Sg. I gained abt 3 kg after eating 2 tubs of it. It has that vanilla milk shake flavour if you mix it with milk.

yep take his advice, body building foods will do it! Though make sure you pump some iron, otherwise you will just be a lump of blubber! You want muscle not fat!
I knew this body builder in Taiwan he had the same problem as you, even though he couldn't put much weight on, he developed a body displaying every fiber of muscle. Some people just don't put much weight on and that you may have to live with, but you can work the little muscle you have and take the body building foods

If you are interested in buying these bodybuilding supplements, go and do some research before taking anything out of your wallet. Some stuff are simply cheaper when you get it online so do take note.

I have studied health and nutrition for two years and been working out for 5
Muscle or Just gain general Weight?
General Weight?
Eat. And Eat Well,
Cooked fats will pile on the pounds fast, as your body can not discriminate them from other nutrients, so it just piles it in (denaturing)
Muscle?
Well you need to get your body in a Anabolic (Muscle building state), Head to the gym, ask a trainer to teach you about 'large lifts' lifting which involes large amounts of muscle groups.
That will get your glands to produce more testosterone, and thus get your body to distribute nutrients to the muscle cells. rather than the fat cells.
+ Eat well! (Not so much cooked fat)

You should consume digestive enzymes to clear the intestine.

Get a colonic, the have a faecal transplant from a body builder. Change your intestinal flora to maximise absorption of nutrients.

Kyle thinks he's pulled a good one on the board. I knew within minutes that he is connected with the linked article. Fortunately he hasn't posted again linking to that site or the app. That's why he thinks he's cool with all the smilies. Unbeknownst to him we have been on to him since he first posted.

Hi) I'm not sure that bananas can really work, first of all you need food full of protein: backed or boiled chicken, beef, cheese, milk products, porridges. At the same time hard gym will work good for your body. You will work a couple of hours in gym hard, your muscles begin to destroy and they need material to be builded (protein only), than you eat chicken with porridge, for example, ans muscles grow) but better don't wait for quick results
