Reverse Rhinoplasty????

Hi all
I've done an alar + rhino with Dr Chi but have recently removed the implant. I have done nothing with the outcome of the alar.
I would like to ask:
1. Is alarplasty reversible? The wings of my nose have been shifted in and now the bulb looks too big.
2. When will my smile be back? I have this tight feeling on my upper lip and it hurts so much when i laugh too hardly or too much.
Is there any way i can, as much as possible, get my old nose back?
